Two dead in apparent murder-suicide in SF motel

(01-28) 21:03 PST San Francisco -- The bodies of a man and a woman were found in a motel in San Francisco on the 5000 block of Mission Street today and police are investigating the case as a possible murder-suicide, police said.
The two appear to have died from gunshot wounds and their identities remain unknown, according to the San Francisco Medical Examiner's office.
The shootings are believed to have happened between 1:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. today, said San Francisco police Sgt. Wilfred Williams.
They were discovered after the motel manager saw the body of the man on the floor and called police, who found the other body.
The man is believed to have been the shooter, Williams. said.

Police witnessed a man getting shot at Eddy and Laguna streets around 3 p.m. and transferred him to the hospital where he died, according to the Police Department.
