SF: UPDATE: 40-YEAR-OLD FAIRFIELD MAN SHOT IN VAN
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN)
A 40-year-old man was fatally shot while driving a van in the Potrero Hill neighborhood this afternoon, according to San Francisco police Sgt. Neville Gittens.
Around 1:40 p.m., police received a report of shots fired at a vehicle on Turner Terrace, a single-block street that ends at a cul-de-sac, said Gittens.
When officers arrived, they found a lone occupant suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds, he said. The van had crashed into the dead end of the street.
The man was transported to San Francisco General Hospital and was later pronounced dead, according to Gittens.
The San Francisco medical examiner's office identified the victim as Kelly McGee of Fairfield.
Witnesses told police they saw two males wearing ski masks fleeing the scene.

What happened to the 48 year old man who died after being assaulted by a 52 year old guy in the Tenderloin last week? The guy hit his head on the pavement and died later in the hospital. How come this isn't included as a homicide?
Rest in peace my brother Kelly. You gave your heart to many who abused and took advantage of you. You were only doing what you knew to do. God be with those of us left here on this hell.
