S.F. man shot to death in Western Addition

(01-22) 10:02 PST SAN FRANCISCO -- A 23-year-old San Francisco man was shot and killed on the street early this morning in the Western Addition, police said.
The victim was identified as Leo Jia Jian Yu of San Francisco.
Yu was shot at 1:15 a.m. outside a public housing development at 1150 Pierce St., near Turk Street, authorities said.
Police said Yu was unemployed and lived on Powell Street.
No arrests have been reported.
