A unidentified 30-year-old man was shot in the neck at Towerside Avenue and Schwerin Street. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he died, police said. There have been no arrests.

This is sad news. Especially in the case of Ronald Fox, who is my cousin. What can be done about the rising homicide rate in San Francisco. It is frustrating and perplexing to have all these senseless murders continue.
