Body found in Golden Gate Park may be murder victim

(09-05) 11:51 PDT SAN FRANCISCO - A man was found dead today in Golden Gate Park in what San Francisco police described as an apparent homicide.
The victim, described only as a man, was found about 10 a..m. in a grove of eucalyptus trees south of the Polo Fields. A police officer described the scene as "kind of a mess," but would not provide details on how the man died.
UPDATE: he was a homeless man, and he was stabbed to death.

It looks as if the chron has omitted one homicide, although that may be the O'Farrell one. They also mentioned that last weeks double slaying of the couple could be a murder-suicide instead, so it is hard to know. Which count is correct?
