Two shot during lovefest

As quoted from Sfist:

Late afternoon 2 men were shot on Market Street between 6th and 7th. One victim, an innocent bystander who appeared to be a Love Fest attendee, was shot in the hand while shielding himself from a direct hit. The other victim, who was arguing with the shooter, was hit in the hand and back. Police and Ambulances where on the scene almost immediately. A bullet went through the window of an art studio and scared the heck out of an artist at work.

It looks as if neighborhoods surrounding downtown are suffering, such as this one. Here's number 88 from this morning:

Unfortunately, that was actually number 89. 88 occurred at 1 am on the 2300 block of post street. Sort of the edge of Lower Pacific Heights and Japantown and the Western Addition. Not too common to have murders there, though there are some small housing projects a block away.
